Sales Scripts

A sales script is a pre-written discourse or guide that sales people refer to in the course of their encounters with prospective consumers. There are a variety of formats for sales scripts. They may be as open and free-flowing as a list of essential talking topics, or they may be as specific as a word-for-word conversation.
